- Responsibility for the development and expansion of the non-food product range (textiles, fashion, gear, accessories)
- Coordination of the product development process in collaboration with our internal team and external stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth processes from idea generation to market launch, considering quality standards and timelines
- Responsibility for execution, sourcing, and tracking of deliveries and production sites for designs
- Selection and evaluation of new production partners and suppliers based on quality, cost, and sustainability
- Maintenance and development of supplier relationships to ensure product quality and availability
- Continuous market and trend research to develop innovative ideas in the non-food segment
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Completed vocational training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade) or a degree in a relevant field
- Experience in product management for non-food products or in purchasing / category management / brand management in textiles, fashion, lifestyle, gear, or accessories
- Confident in negotiating and managing international partners
- Experience in product development and project management in the non-food sector
- Experience with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP
- Business fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
