Operational Responsibilites
- Organization and monitoring of inbound and outbound goods, warehousing, and transportation process
- Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines, cost budgets, and quality standards
- Selection and negotiation with international logistics providers and freight forwarders, including SLA management
- Creation and analysis of KPIs to measure logistics performance (e.g. delivery times, freight costs, return rates)
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to export and customs regulations
- Planning and optimization of international logistics processes across the entire supply chain
- Development and implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures in logistics
- Preparation, verification, and management of all required customs and export documentation in ATLAS
- Communication and negotiation with customs authorities, logistics providers, and international partners
- Maintenance and regular updating of customs and export databases
- Advising internal departments on export-related topics such as customs procedures, Incoterms, and delivery conditions
- Monitoring compliance with international trade and customs regulations
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in international logistics management, preferably in export-oriented B2B business
- Strong knowledge of transport logistics (roas, sea, air) and warehouse management
- In-depth knowledge of international customs and export regulations, especially within the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, tarrif codes, and trade agreements
- Experience with customs systems such as ATLAS as well as ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured working approach
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and intercultural competence
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are in advantage
