Supply Chain Manager – Retail Campaign Operations (m/f/d)

Do you have retail in your blood, love managing campaigns from concept to shelf – and have a knack for processes, people and performance? Then support our promotional business & POS displays – and actively shape the journey from retail display to reorder.

Operational & Project Business

• Planning, management, and on-time implementation of POS display campaigns (grocery stores, drugstores, specialty retailers, gyms)
• Responsibility for inventory management and demand planning in coordination with sales, product development, and inbound marketing
• Procurement of promotional materials and creation of packaging concepts
• Coordination of transport and logistics processes with outbound and external service providers
• Ensuring delivery dates, inventory management, and escalation handling
• Analysis and management of promotional mechanics, including ROI, sell-out rate, and rate of sale
• Design of the entire process: Billboard → Shelf → Sales → Reorders

Strategic & Process Optimization

• Development of the annual campaign plan in collaboration with [company name]
• Design and optimization of end-to-end processes
• Building and maintaining international supplier and freight forwarder networks
• Design of process and system optimizations (SAP B1, BI tools, project management)
• Further development of forecasting and inventory strategies for B2B and [company name] DTC channels

Collaboration

• Teamwork with the three-person team
• Responsibility for team goals, KPIs, and performance
• Close coordination with marketing, sales, product development, and international partners
• Contract and negotiation management with suppliers and freight forwarders
