- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 10-köpfigen Lagerteams (z. B. Kommissionierung, Wareneingang, Verpackung, Versand)
- Steuerung der täglichen Lageraktivitäten (rund 2.000 Palettenstellplätze im modernen Hochregalsystem) inklusive Wareneingang, -ausgang und Retourenabwicklung
- Organisation und Optimierung der Lagerprozesse entlang der Supply Chain – national und international
- Verantwortung für die Bestandsführung (insbesondere Mindesthaltbarkeit), Inventurplanung und -durchführung
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften im Lagerbereich
- Bedienung und Einweisung der Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit mobilen Datenerfassungsgeräten (Scanner)
- Aktiver Einsatz von Flurförderzeugen im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Gabelstapler)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Vertrieb und Logistikpartnern im In- und Ausland
- Weiterentwicklung von Lagerkennzahlen (KPIs), Prozessen und Teamstrukturen
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; idealerweise mit Fort- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik / Meister / Logistikleiter
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lagerleitung oder sowie erste Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Gültiger Staplerschein sowie sichere Fahrpraxis mit Flurförderfahrzeugen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Lagerverwaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, o. ä.) sowie dem Einsatz technischem Equipment wie bspw. Handscannern
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Führungskompetenz und organisatorisches Geschick
- Ausgeprägt Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
